Late yesterday morning I sent Fence Masters an email looking for a broken gate hinge for my vinyl gate. Not long after sending the email, I received a response from Christine asking me to send her a couple of pictures of the hinge and then she would be happy to assist me. Within a few minutes of me sending Christine the pictures, she said she can help me out with this and the total cost would be $59.95. I told Christine that I would call her in the morning and order the hinge. I called her this morning and placed the order and asked her to send it to my house. She asked me if I was in a hurry for it and I told her no. She suggested that the next time she has someone in the area they drop it off and that would save me the UPS charges. Then after checking her schedule she said she had someone in the area today and would be able to drop it off this afternoon. Well, guess what, within two hours of me talking to her the part was delivered to my front door free of charge. Now that is customer service. If I ever need a fence again or know anybody that is looking for a fence, I would strongly suggest Fence Masters and ask for Christine.
