Could not be happier with the fence they provided us with! From the first phone call to the very last post being put in the company has been amazing. Cindy was our salesperson and she was great! Very patient with me as I figured out colors and even allowed me to keep samples so I could decide and show my significant other when he arrived home. She even was patient when I decided I wanted to switch colors around a week later. She never made me feel pressured into buying and she was able to answer every question that I had. Next person we came in contact with was Dave, who set up the installation, another great employee. There was a bit of confusion at the village and he got it taken care of right away so that my fence could be installed. He went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. Next was the workers that came in to install our fence. All extremely professional and very polite. They informed me every step of the way what they were doing. Lastly, we, unfortunately, had 2 lights on the post that would just not work. 2 out of 15 not working I’ll take it! I called Dave the next day to inform him and he scheduled for Victor to come out and replace them. Who at 7:30 at night came on his way home from work, while already clocked out, to deliver the lights and he stayed until he knew every one of them was working and we were satisfied. They truly care that you are happy with what you purchase, which a fence isn’t cheap so I’m glad they are. I could not be more excited to show off the finished work by Fence Masters and it hasn’t even been a week and I already have to people that are so in love with the style of fence we have that I have given them fence masters contact information so they can purchase one also!
