Thankful for Fence Masters! My dad worked with Dave. Less than a month after signing the contract, the fence was installed. Every point of contact was professional and Dave/the contractor maintained an open line of communication throughout the process.

The fence looks good. The installers were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up and removed all debris, including the old fence, upon their departure. My dad has a couple of tweaks he’d like made to the new fence, and Dave came over immediately to look at the fence and discuss with my dad. Will update my review if the tweaks aren’t timely tweaked.

Side Note: Unlike with our previous contractor experience, there were no issues with 811, and neither my dad nor I had to follow up with NIPSCO, GridHawk, or any other utility locating services; that was all handled by the contractor. The utilities came out and remarked the yard, as needed. The “No Dig” sign mentioned in my previous review (for All Type Fence Company) was a nonissue. As it turns out, it was inadvertently left behind.
